Our UK based customer service and sales team are on hand to help with any questions or queries you may have. As a general rule, delivery on personalised workwear and clothing is estimated 6-9 working days, but, we do also offer express delivery on print and embroidery orders too.

We've tried to cover all aspects of our delivery options, but please be mindful of some conditions regarding our delivery services. Ultimately we're always here to try and help ensure your order is delivery within your required time-frame.

All samples or plain garments can be returned to us within 7 working days for a refund, minus our original delivery charge. Please note that for any returned garments a 10% re-stocking fee applies and we are unable to accept returns of plain garments after 7 working days of delivery. If a garment we have supplied is faulty, it is the responsibility of the buyer to return this to us for inspection if required. Pending inspection we may offer a refund or replacement. Please note that if the garment is not faulty or has been misused in any way we are not liable to offer a refund or replacement. We will refund any return carriage charges if the garment is accepted to be faulty. Garments must be unworn, unlaundered, free from stains and scents and in original condition

Garments that have been decorated in line with customer requirements are non-returnable if: they have been customised, they have been produced in line with customer requirements and artwork guidelines, they have been specially sourced or manufactured to order. If a garment we have supplied is faulty, it is the responsibility of the buyer to return this to us for inspection if required. Pending inspection we may offer a refund or replacement. Please note that if the garment is not faulty or has been misused in any way we are not liable to offer a refund or replacement. We will refund any return carriage charges if the garment is accepted to be faulty.

When you place your order with us we then order your required garments with our wholesalers/manufacturers. For this reason, any edits or changes to your order must be advised within 14 days of placing your order, and before the personalisation process has started.
We are unable to edit your order after we have begun production of it.
Order edits beyond 14 days are not possible.
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as our chosen delivery partners. In the event of any delays to your delivery because of our delivery partners, we will work with you to ensure this is resolved as soon as possible. Please note we are not liable for loss or compensation claims as a result of the failings of our 3rd party courier companies.
