We use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and send all goods via a fully trackable service. We email you on the day of dispatch with your tracking information and items cannot be left without a signature.

Please note that our standard lead-times are an estimated delivery window and may extend beyond 7-10 working days during busy periods.  Our express turnaround lead-times are guaranteed and we'll confirm your delivery date when you place your order.

Please note that we are not liable for the failings of 3rd Party courier and suppliers for any of our guaranteed delivery options.




Please contact us first before returning any products to us.

All samples returned within 7 working days and in suitable condition will be refunded excluding our original postage charge (£6.95 +VAT). Please note that a re-stocking charge of 10% +VAT will also apply to any plain samples returned to us.

We recommend sending any returns via a tracked and insured courier.  Samples returned after this period cannot be refunded or may incur a re-stock fee.


Garments that have been decorated in line with customer requirements are non-returnable under the following conditions: They have been decorated in any way, they have been produced in line with customer requirements, they have been specially sourced or manufactured to order, they have been washed or laundered.

If a garment we have supplied is faulty then it is the responsibility of the buyer to return it for inspection. Pending inspection we may be able to offer a refund, replacement or return of the garment.  Please note that if the garment is not faulty or has been misused in any way we are not liable to offer a refund or replacement.  We will refund any carriage charges for returned items if they are accepted to be faulty.

Please note that if you order plain items, and wish to return them for refund or exchange, it is your responsibility to return these to us within 7 days of receiving your order.  Any plain items that are returned to us, may be subject to a re-stocking fee, which is something levied on us by our suppliers.
