ARTWORK APPROVAL

We're committed to ensuring you're completely happy with your order and that starts with your logo or company name.  Whether you're ordering embroidered workwear or printed workwear... we always proof your logo's for your approval prior to completion of your order. Our simple 4 step process ensures our customers are always happy with the end result.

We NEVER start production without your approval

and we always send visuals for your your confirmation.

1: Create

"Hi Corporate Togs, here is the logo for my order"


Once we've received your artwork our team of boffins convert your logo into suitable formats for print or embroidery. We'll always contact you if you we have any queries about your artwork or need it in a different format.

2: Sample

"Thanks, we'll get it sampled for your approval"


We then produce physical and digital samples of your logo and test for quality issues internally. After this, we send it to you for approval.

3: Approve/Amend

"Hi Alex, here is your logo for approval"


You can approve your logo, or, if you're not happy... we repeat this process until you're completely satisfied with your logo sample.

4: Produce

"Hi Corporate Togs, the logo is approved, please continue"


We only start production when you've approved your logo samples. The ensures complete satisfaction.

Do I need to sign off my artwork?

Yes - we always get your approval before starting your job.

Do you provide visuals/proofs?

Yes - we'll send your digital swatches of your mock-ups for your approval prior to production.

What if I don't approve my logo?

If you're not happy with your sample logo, we will make the necessary changes until you're happy. We repeat this process until you are completely satisfied.

Can I make any changes to my artwork?

Yes, we're happy to make changes to the size, colour and text elements of your logo, but if you completely change your logo after we've created your samples, we may charge an additional set-up fee.
