We want all our customers to have the highest quality embroidered workwear and printed workwear available, and that starts by replicating your logo to the highest possible standard. Please review our artwork guidelines below.
For embroidery we can work with most file types, but prefer hi-resolution .jpeg or .eps for conversion to embroidery.
DO'S
✔️ Send good quality artwork (.jpeg .eps .png .svg .ai)
✔️ Send embroidery files if you have them (.dst .emb)
✔️ Send pictures of your existing embroidery (if you have any)
DONT'S
❌ Use micro size text as this doesn't always embroider very well.
❌ Send low-quality pixelated imagery if possible

For print, high quality vector/scaleable file types are preferred as this allows us to produce a really crisp quality print. A vector file is one that when 'zoomed in' is not blurred or pixelated in any way, and can be increased in size without reducing quality.
DO'S
✔️ Send original and scaleable vector artwork where possible in .eps format.
✔️ Convert any special font to curves within your artwork
✔️ Send any relevant font files
✔️ Give us your brand guidelines if available
DONT'S
❌ Re-save a pixelated file as a .eps as this will not work
❌ Send low-quality pixelated imagery if possible
