Product Reviews for RG590 Ascender 2-Layer Softshell
It handles being stuffed in a backpack and comes out wrinkle-free. After a muddy hike, I just toss it in the wash and it’s good as new. Zippers haven’t snagged once.
I work outside a lot, and this jacket’s kept out both wind and drizzle without any fuss. Pockets are deep enough for gloves and the zip never sticks, even when it’s cold.
I use my softshell mostly for dog walks and quick errands. It blocks the wind better than my old fleece, and the water resistance has saved me in more than one sudden downpour.
The RG590 Ascender Softshell is now my daily jacket for work and weekends. I like that it’s water-resistant, but still breathes well. Mine has a subtle company logo on the sleeve, and it looks great.
We had our whole event team’s names embroidered on the RG590 Ascender Softshells, and they turned out fantastic. The fit is actually shaped for women, not boxy, and it’s soft but still tough enough for long days on site. Rain or wind, this jacket keeps you dry and looks sharp.
