The CR703 Morley Fleece Workwear Jacket provides impressive insulation despite its relatively light weight. 

While the fleece itself seems durable, the main zipper is flimsy. Otherwise, a decent product.

This fleece works well across more temperature ranges than expected. In winter, it's perfect under a shell jacket, while in milder weather, the Morley Fleece works great as an outer layer. 

I work in a woodshop where temperatures fluctuate throughout the day, and this jacket has become essential. 

I got these with custom logo, and honestly, the price is a bit expensive, but the quality seems promising. My friend recommended this site so I thought I'll give it a try.
