The CR313 Expert Basecamp Softshell Vest has become my go-to for moderately cool days. It blocks wind effectively while still being breathable enough for hiking. The side pockets are perfectly positioned. The subtle branding also means it looks appropriate in casual office settings.

While the vest itself seems well-made, the main zipper has been problematic from day one. It sticks frequently and sometimes separates at the bottom even when fully zipped. 

The Expert Basecamp Softshell Vest packs down small enough to keep in my daypack as an extra layer for unpredictable weather changes.

I bought this on sale without high expectations, but I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality. After a year of regular use, it shows almost no signs of wear. 

Our tech support team now sports these vests with our company logo. Corporate Togs handled the embroidery. Their in-house Barudan machines captured every detail of our logo. I was impressed that they provided a sample for approval before producing the full order. The vests themselves have proven perfect for our office environment where temperatures fluctuate. Money well spent on branded workwear that actually gets worn!
