Introduction to Print

Choosing print for your personalised workwear or clothing offers many advantages. It's durable, cost effective and we can achieve really vibrant finishes. We use the best print materials in the industry and this allows us to deliver crisp, accurate prints each and every time. We can print your logo or company name in most positions on most garments, so when personalising your workwear and clothing you be assured we're here to give you the best results. We also complete all processes in-house which gives you and us complete quality control. If you can't supply the correct files our team of artwork boffins will also convert your artwork to make it suitable for print. We offer a variety of different print finishes and depending on your artwork requirements, we're ready to advise what is the best option.

Vinyl Transfer
Is a great choice for more simple designs that have 1-3 colours. We trace your design using premium quality 'flex' and then apply it to your chosen garments using a combination of high pressure pneumatic presses and a temperature plate of approx. 160 degrees. This method is our most popular and always gives a quality durable finish. (please don't think this will peel or crack after a couple of washes... it's durable and industry quality material, unlike the cheaper alternatives.)

Digital Transfer
Covers logo's or designs with multiple colours, layers or gradients. We use a large scale digital media printer to print your design onto specialist media. This is then transferred onto your chosen garments and pressed. This is a durable finish offering exact colour matches and excels with complex designs.

Screen Print
Is best for larger orders or orders with bright or neon coloring in it. There is a minimum order quantity of 50 garments for screen printed orders as there is a complex design set-up process. We use automatic belt and carousel machines which can handles orders of 20,00 garments per week.
