DELIVERY

We don't like to hide behind pages and pages of information, instead we prefer to keep things simple and clear to ensure you, our customer, knows exactly where you stand.  We offer several different delivery options, all of which are listed below, please take the time to read these and feel free to ask us any questions you may have. You can choose from 5 delivery options - all available online and with personalised garments. (orders must be placed before 12PM)

  • GOLD - 4 Working Day Delivery - GUARANTEED
  • SILVER - 4-7 Working Day Delivery - GUARANTEED
  • BRONZE - 7-10 Working Delivery - ESTIMATE
  • COLLECTION- 7-10 Working Day Collection

Please note that delivery lead times are an indication, and we only guarantee delivery on our Platinum, gold and Silver services.  The Bronze delivery time scale is an indication and can extend during busy periods.

Please note, that we are not liable for the failings of 3rd party couriers and suppliers for any of our guaranteed delivery options.

RETURNS

When returning products, for whatever reason it is essential that you contact us first, prior to sending anything.

Garments that have been decorated in line with customer requirements are non-returnable under the following conditions:

  • They have been decorated in any way
  • They have been produced in line with customer requirements
  • They have been specially sourced or manufactured to order
  • They have been washed or laundered

If a garment we have supplied is faulty then it is the responsibility of the buyer to return it for inspection. Pending inspection we may be able to offer a refund, replacement or return of the garment.  Please note that if the garment is not faulty or has been misused in any way we are not liable to offer a refund or replacement.  We will refund any carriage charges for returned items if they are accepted to be faulty.

We advise that any returns are sent to us using a tracked and insured delivery service as we are not liable for anything lost in transit.
