We use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and send all goods via a fully trackable service. We email you on the day of dispatch with your tracking information and items cannot be left without a signature.

You can add embroidery or print to your items once you have added them to your shopping basket and before you check out.

Sample delivery usually takes 3-5 days. Please note that all samples need to be returned in suitable condition within 7 days.  Please note that we're unable to refund your outbound or return carriage charges/costs on samples.
